Data protection declaration
The Grü­ner Kreis association treats the data made available to it with utmost respect. We treat all person-related data strictly according to the terms of the Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunication Act (TKG). The Grüner Kreis has agreed data-protection contracts based on the Data-Protection Act with its funders and partners (Vienna SUD and Drug Assistance Network, Lower Austria Public Employment Service, MAG ELF etc) in order to eliminate any misuse of client data.

Da­ta transfer and recording for internal system and statistical reasons
On accessing our website, for technical reasons In­ter­net browsers automatically transfer data to our webserver. Among other things this concerns the date and time of access, the URL of the linking website, files retrieved, the quantity of data sent, the browser type and version, operating system and your IP address. None of this information is recorded by us, evaluated or passed on to third parties.

Usage data
We record and use personally related data exclusively for sending the newsletters. These data are not passed on to third parties without express permission. Transfer to state institutions and authorities with the right to information takes place only within the bounds of legal information obligations or if we are obliged to provide information as a result of a judicial decision.

We endeavour to use all technological and organisational possibilities to deal with your personal data in such a way that it is not accessible to third parties. In communication by e-mail we are unable to guarantee complete data security, so we recommend that you send any confidential information by post.
